Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
